Kinesiology Lifestyle’s mission is to help you re-discover, create and design the lifestyle you want.

Through the use of Kinesiology, we will help you re-discover your ideal path, whilst assisting, guiding and supporting you move forward and into the lifestyle your heart truly desires.

 

Carmen Low

carmen_lowCarmen is the founder of Kinesiology Lifestyle and a ‘Lifestyle Specialist’. Carmen is an advocate for lifestyle-directed living, promoting this through her daily life, as well as helping others make their dreams a reality. As a busy Kinesiologist, mentor and freelance writer, Carmen is always conscious of work/life/balance. Whilst opening doors for others through her Kinesiology work, she also ensures plenty of leisure time, including the odd triathlon and running event. Carmen has been working as a Kinesiologist in the Hawthorne area for the past 6 years and recently expanded to the north side of Brisbane. She is currently exploring another passion in mentoring and is in the planning stages of developing a mentorship program for up-and-coming Kinesiologists in the future.

Kim Waller

kim_wallerKim is a qualified Kinesiologist who draws upon Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory to assist people in rebalancing their lives.

Kim believes FOCUS + BALANCE = HARMONY, and uses the TCM 5 element theory as a basis to identify stress (muscular, pain, or emotional) in the body. She loves using colour, emotions, tastes and sounds, and is well versed in the art of Feng Shui, bringing all this knowledge and more into her sessions. Kim continues to follow her passion, currently working towards a Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture. Kim’s vision is to combine Kinesiology and Acupunture to create true harmony.

Whilst not studying, working, or spending time with her family, Kim also gives back to her community as a volunteer member of her local State Emergency Services group.
